Move to Italy

Moving somewhere is a different question from visiting it. It turns on whether the internet holds, whether the road to the airport is honest, and whether the village still has people in it in February. Those are measured here, weighted for someone who has to work from where they land.

How this list is ordered

Weighted for the remote worker

Needs bandwidth and an airport more than it needs a pharmacy. Will trade services for cheap space and a fast train.

A note on the data

Coverage is shown beside every score because they are not the same claim. A 88 built from eight measured axes is not the 88 you get from four. Where an axis has no trustworthy data it is dropped and the remaining weights are renormalised — never filled with a zero.
